• How do I know that my donation went to the DEC Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal and is not part of a scam?

• How to log in to help and support

  If you have raised a query before or if you are a partner with the DEC you will most likely already have a login. 

  All you need to do is try a forgotten password reset and a new password link will be sent to your email.

  For partners of the DEC the email that's been used will most likely be your work email.
